Clear out your old gear, find something new, and get ready for winter!

The Windermere Valley Ski Club, together with local retailers, is hosting our annual Winter Gear Swap — featuring new and gently used gear at great prices. Anyone can bring items to sell (you set the price!) or come shop the deals. A fun way to gear up and get everyone out enjoying winter sports!

ADMISSION: $2/person or $5/family

OCT 17 - 4-7pm; Gear Intake

OCT 18 - 8:30-11am Gear Intake

12-3pm - SALE

3-4pm Pick up & Payouts

No ski pass required — just bring your smile! Volunteers are the reason our club runs the way it does, and there’s a role for everyone at the Ski Swap.

HAVE YOU GOT WINTER GEAR TO CONSIGN? BRING IT IN!

The Ski Swap is coming, and we’re looking for the best gear to fill our tables. Got lightly used equipment? Bring it in and consign it — your gear is exactly what we’re looking for!

Use Gear Intake Form to enter all your items to avoid waiting for items to be entered manually on intake day. Email form to fundraising@wvskiclub.com by end of day Thursday October 16th.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CONSIGNMENt

We reserve the right to refuse any equipment not suitable for sale.

• Straight skis

• Rear entry boots (unless new model)

• Unsafe gear of any kind

• Dirty, broken, out of date equipment will not be accepted

• Items worth less than $10

• Summer sport/gear

CONDITIONS

• ALL ITEMS CONSIGNED AT CONSIGNORS RISK

• Windermere Valley Ski Club will make every reasonable effort to safeguard items however, the club is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost, damaged or stolen items.

• Items must be priced at full dollar amount e.g. $160

• Upon sale of your item - 25% of item ticket price goes towards Windermere Valley non profit Ski Club.  75% is paid to the consignor.

• Unsold items and pay outs are only available for pick up after sale. NO EXCEPTIONS

• Any items left after pick up are considered donations to the club. 

• We have the right to refuse any person, and staff and volunteers will not accept any intolerable behavior
  

LARGE CONSIGNMENT OR RETAILER

If you have more than 15 items please contact prior to sale, we can organize tags prior to ensure a more efficient process.

• Retailers will be checked in and out using an inventory list

• Retailers MUST contact us prior to swap to gain information and tags.
