WVSC Refund & Insurance Policy

WVSC is a year-round program, with staff dedicated to planning, maintaining equipment and delivering various off-snow activities.  To help us continue providing the best experience for everyone, we are introducing the following Refund and Insurance Policy for $25/athlete, available for purchase at the time of registration:

• Refunds will only be considered if an athlete becomes injured and is unable to compete due to that injury AND refund insurance was purchased at the time of registration.

• Refunds are applicable to WVSC Program fees. Annual BC Alpine Membership is non-refundable.

If refund insurance was purchased, and valid medical documentation is provided, refunds will be granted on the following graduated timeline:

U8/U10/U12 Programs

• Prior to Opening at Panorama Mountain Resort 75%

• Prior to Dec 31st 50%

• Prior to Jan 31st 25%

• After Jan 31st 0%

U14/U16 Programs

• Prior to November On-Snow Camps 75%

• Prior to Dec 31st 50%

• Prior to Jan 31st 25%

• After Jan 31st 0%

FIS Programs

• Prior to Fall On-snow Camps 75%

• Prior to Dec 31st 50%

• Prior to Jan 31st 25%

• After Jan 31st 0%

If Refund Insurance was not purchased at the time of registration, no refunds will be issued at any time.
