Arrive with a printed copy of your INTAKE FORM
Items are $1 drop fee
Splits are 20% to WVSC, 80% to gear owner, item over $500 are 15% to WVSC, 85% to owner
RETAILER RATES VARY PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU ARE A RETAILER
Payments will be made in cash or e-transfer within a week of the swap
On your intake form please indicate if you wish to either:
Donate Unsold items to WVSC (all sale proceeds with go towards supporting WVSC)
Pick up all items between 3-3.30pm that are unsold
If you do not arrive by 3.30pm to pick up your unsold items, we will consider your items donated NO EXCEPTIONS.
All Sellers will be required to sign their intake form agreeing to our terms as laid out above
